If you want the quickest results possible, train with Thomas! I’ve done every workout there is, crossfit, F45, personal training, various boot camps etc. Picking the RIGHT personal trainer is very important. I ran into a friend I haven’t seen in a few months and I barely recognized her. She looked AMAZING!! I asked what she was doing to look so fit, and she referred me to Thomas.
