About Me:

Thomas discovered his passion for health and fitness at the age of 8 when he picked up his first dumbbell. His goal is to help everybody achieve the best version of themselves mentally and physically. He has been a competitive athlete for most of his life, playing at the state and national level in tennis through the USTA and reaching a rank in the top 70 players in Florida and top 150 players in the South-East region of the country. From there, he joined the United States Air Force for 7 years of Active-Duty service and 2 years in the Air Force Reserves as an Intelligence Analyst and the Unit Fitness Program Manager for his unit. During the last two years of his 7-year enlistment, Thomas developed a passion for powerlifting and started competing competitively through the USAPL Federation. After winning a handful of powerlifting meets, he went on to attempt to join the Air Force Special Operations career field as a Pararescue man. This desire led him to learn how to swim and run effectively and efficiently. That’s when Thomas started competing in Triathlons and competitive 5k runs, and many other personal challenges. Life doesn’t play out like we always think, and that’s what happened with Thomas. His dream to be a Pararescue man didn’t come true, but that drove him to put all his energy into helping others become more physically fit and confident with their performance and health. He always has had an interest in bodybuilding, so he competed in his first bodybuilding competition through the NPC Federation and took 3rd place in his division. He continues to push the envelope and strive for new goals.
